Mood Music...

I recently received some subtle nudging to post something.   I really wish I could parlay all these social media outlets into something that works into my favor, but lately I feel like a social moron.  

I'm probably more in this mood as I've been listening to John Grant's "Queen of Denmark" all day.  A friend of mine posted this video on Facebook and I wanted to share this excellent performance.  If you haven't ever heard this album, I highly highly recommend you check it out now. Especially if you're a fan of Midlake, who helped him create this album. Some of the best lyrics around about struggling with drug addiction, coming out and aging.

I saw him open for Midlake when they were in Boston in the fall. I really enjoy the album as well. :)

I would've loved to see that show. It seems like anything Midlake works on is pure gold in my mind.
